Diann Jeppson is wholeheartedly engaged in the grand adventure of family centered education. She is delighted for the opportunity to serve as the Director for Ensign Peak Academy, a private online middle and high school serving the LDS community. Her personal interests include history, literature, civics, education, music, parliamentary procedure, entrepreneurship and homesteading. She is the owner of FamilyEducationCoach.com, creator of Liberty Girls Clubs and Retreats, and Simulations Week events for youth. She is a learning communities’ trainer and consultant, and a certified tour guide for the State of Utah. She and her husband Adam live in Mount Pleasant, Utah and have four daughters, two sons-in-law and six grandchildren.

Enjoy an enlightening overview of the Lord’s direction regarding education, drawn from D&C 88: 78-80 and a thoughtful exploration of statements given by prophets, apostles and former presidents of BYU. We will then outline practical techniques for applying these principles and instructions to the homeschool environment. Resources and systems will be provided to simplify the application of these principles for teaching children and youth at home and in groups.
